Sometimes making a change requires you to step outside of the day to day; to take some time to retreat inwards and focus on the most important person in your life – you.
It can be difficult to find the space, physically and mentally, to invest quality time in ourselves. But when we do, we are able to recharge and reconnect, in turn enabling us to be at our best and most present in the important relationships and parts of our lives.
Over the past 15 years, we have empowered hundreds of people to optimal health and wellbeing, including some of Australia’s top TV personalities, athletes, journalists and business leaders.
Following feedback from our clients, we began offering workshops and retreats over 10 years ago.
Our retreats are led by Dr. Carolina Gonzalez (TCM), founder of The Nature of Balance, and are designed to be meaningful with small groups in inspiring, relaxing locations.
